The U.S. District Court has received reports of a recent email scam.

The District Court of Alaska has received numerous reports of an email scam informing individuals that a complaint has been filed against them in the U.S. District Court and that the “Official Court Notice” informs the individual they are being formally served with a summons. It further asks you to access court documents by clicking on a “secure link.” Do not click on this link.
