In an August 7, 2025 press release, the Administrative Office of the United States Courts announced measures to further strengthen protections and secure the integrity of sensitive case documents in the official court record. The U.S. District Court for the District of Alaska is currently developing local measures to address the security of sensitive case documents.  The District of Alaska has not received notice that any local documents have been compromised.
