The U.S. District Court, District of Alaska is requesting quotes for the items described below.

Please email your quote no later than the date and time specified above. Late quotes will not be considered unless the judiciary determines, at its own discretion, that the late quote is in the judiciary’s best interest and will not unduly delay the procurement.

The U.S. District Court, District of Alaska intends to make an award based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable quote. All items should be quoted as a fixed price and F.O.B. Delivery Address. Payment terms will be considered Net 30 unless more favorable terms are offered.

Product Request:

The United States District Court is soliciting Open Market quotes for a Canon ImageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C5860iG or equivalent. A fixed price award from the RFQ will be made based on the lowest priced, technically acceptable offer. Add Options are requested as more than one multifunction device may be procured from this solicitation.

Product Requirements:

Cannon ImageRUNNER ADVANCE DX C5860iG or equivalent with the following criteria:

• Prints 60 pages or more per minute.
• B/W print default with color print option.
• Three paper trays: Letter, Legal and 11”x17”.
• Integrates seamlessly with all functions and features of Uniflow.
• PIV-I NFC reader for users to log in via NFC and PIN code on copier touch screen.
• Must have secure printing and features such as “send to Myself” and “Home Folder Scanning”.
• No wi-fi card.

Equivalent substitutions will be required to perform a demonstration of how the device functions and integrates with Uniflow prior to award. Substitutions will be approved at the discretion of the Contracting Officer.

Service Requirements:

• Please provide costs for two hours of labor to provide hands-on training as needed.
• Please provide costs for installation of copier.

General Information:

1. This is a solicitation for Open Market Pricing
2. Inside delivery and installation is required
3. Please submit an implementation schedule including the following milestones: (1) Dated copier will be on-site; (2) Configuration; (3) Deployment; and (4) Training. This schedule will be considered during the technical review
4. Quotes may be faxed or emailed to the below listed address by Saturday, May 16, 2026, 16:00 AKST (4:00PM). Hand carried quotes must be delivered by the same time to the James M. Fitzgerald Federal Building and U.S. Courthouse, 222 W 7th Ave., Room 229, Anchorage, AK 99513, Attention: Christine Thibodeaux.
5. A fixed price award from this solicitation will be made based on the lowest price, technically acceptable offer.
