On October 9, 2025, Chief Judge Sharon L. Gleason entered an amended Miscellaneous General Order 25-12 restricting electronic access to sealed, restricted, and ex parte documents beginning October 10, 2025. Parties will resume the electronic filing of these documents in CM/ECF. However, these documents are not accessible or viewable electronically once filed. Parties serve sealed documents as provided by the Federal Rules of Procedure and Local Civil Rule 5.1(c)(4). Self-represented litigants must file all documents conventionally as state in Local Civil Rule 79.2(c). The court will serve sealed documents in paper by U.S. Mail or, when available, by secured electronic mail. Please contact the Clerk’s Office with any questions at 907-677-6100.
