Some courtrooms in Anchorage and Fairbanks utilize a Digital Evidence Presentation System (DEPS) to facilitate the presentation of digital evidence quickly and efficiently.
The United States District Court for the District of Alaska (USDC) is pleased to announce new Digital Evidence Presentation System (DEPS) training opportunities. Beginning May 2017, the District of Alaska is offering monthly DEPS training sessions. These trainings provide an opportunity to test your equipment compatibility, prepare for an upcoming hearing or trial, or sharpen existing DEPS skills. Please refer to D.Ak.L.R. 39.3(c) and our website for additional DEPS information. RSVP to the e-mail address below to attend DEPS training and check the daily court calendar upon arrival for the location of the training.
