Some courtrooms in Anchorage and Fairbanks utilize a Digital Evidence Presentation System (DEPS) to facilitate the presentation of digial evidence quickly and efficiently.
The United States District Court for the District of Alaska (USDC) is pleased to announce a new Digital Evidence Presentation System (DEPS) training opportunity. Beginning May 24, 2017 at 9:00 a.m. the USDC will offer bi-monthly DEPS training. This training will provide an opportunity to test your equipment compatibility, prepare for an upcoming hearing or trial and sharpen existing DEPS skills. Please refer to D.Ak.L.R. 39.3(c) and our local website for additional DEPS information. RSVP to the address below if you plan to attend DEPS training and check the daily court calendar upon arrival for the location of the training.
