MGO 26-05 IT IS HEREBY ORDERED THAT the District Court for the District of Alaska adopts the Ninth Circuit Employment Dispute Resolution Policy, with the effective date of March 25, 2026, available at https://cdn.ca9.uscourts.gov/datastore/workplace/Ninth-Circuit-EDR-Policy.pdf. The Ninth Circuit Employment Dispute Resolution Policy shall apply to the District of Alaska.
